Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 9, 2026 · Last Updated: April 9, 2026

Page Technologies, Inc. ("PAGE," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at pagetechnologies.io (the "Site"), use our Autosampler hardware and associated cloud dashboard (the "Service"), or otherwise interact with us.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Contact & account information: name, email address, phone number, company or facility name, and job title when you request access, create an account, or contact us.
  • Waitlist & inquiry data: use-case descriptions, how you heard about PAGE, and marketing consent preferences submitted through our waitlist form.
  • Communications: any messages, feedback, or support requests you send to us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and interaction timestamps.
  • Cookies & similar technologies: we use essential cookies to operate the Site and optional analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
  • Security tokens: AWS WAF CAPTCHA tokens generated during form submissions for bot protection.

1.3 Sensor & Operational Data

When you use the Autosampler, the device collects raw sensor signals internally and transmits processed PPM values, calibration data, sampling timestamps, and device health metrics to our cloud platform. Raw sensor readings are retained by PAGE and are not exposed to users; only derived PPM values are displayed through the Service. This data is associated with your account and facility.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Site and Service.
  • Process waitlist requests and respond to inquiries.
  • Send transactional communications (e.g., account confirmations, service updates).
  • Send marketing communications if you have opted in — you may unsubscribe at any time.
  • Generate aggregated, de-identified analytics to improve our sensors and algorithms.
  • Conduct internal research and development (R&D) — including using sensor data, calibration data, and device telemetry to improve product accuracy, develop new analyte detection capabilities, and advance our biosensor technology.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers: cloud hosting (AWS), email delivery (Amazon SES), analytics, and customer-support tools that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
  • Business partners: with your consent, we may share contact information with distribution or integration partners relevant to your use case.
  • Legal compliance: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Waitlist submissions are retained until the request is fulfilled or you ask us to delete them. Sensor data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for analytics and compliance purposes. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights & Choices

  • Access & correction: you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you or ask us to correct inaccuracies.
  • Deletion: you may request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Marketing opt-out: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, or contact us directly.
  • Cookie controls: adjust your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@pagetechnologies.io. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

The Site and Service are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection regardless of where it is processed.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
